i hate this litterbox, the sand leaks on the sides of the litterbox, plus it gets stuck on the borders and on the door, when you pull the drawer out to clean, all the sand falls on the ground, and when the cat uses the cat door, the sand that's stuck on the door also falls on the ground. plus when the cat jumps out from the hole at the top, alot of sand still gets out. and because of the hole at the top the smell gets out and the hole area starts to stink. plus the litterbox is small, not for big cats, and not good for more than 2 cats.
