Q: What power does it puts out at 4 and 2 ohm?

I got it on a pair of 2 ohms shallow subwoofer and it does good for the price sounds bery good but if you want to be heard blocks away and clear sounds ypu might want to go with better brand's like kicker , alpine you know the high end quality but I repeat for the price it does really good

Q: Where do you put the ground wire?

Just be sure to keep your ground less then 3 feet for optimal performance. The shorter the distance for VDC the better. VDC looses potential, voltage drop, heat loss in wire, easily especially at 12 VDC. But yes chassis ground. Barr metal no paint otherwise high resistance ground will result in higher then normal voltage drop.
