I was told by my builder to get some tile and grout waterproofing as grout is porous so I bought this very easy to use for the instructions job Done

If you are looking for a finish that keeps natural tiles looking darker instead of natural, this isn't it. It gives a light matt clear finish. It's not a filler type seal. It does what it says it does, but if you want a seal that gives finish and thicker protection, get a proper sealant that you brush on.

I would have preferred a bottle and brush application but by spraying some of the contents into a jar and applying with a pencil brush enabled a more focused treatment of the grout.Overall a very good product and essential to maintaining the life of the grout.

This product was perfect for our rented property as the group was beginning to crack. After applying 2 coats, I left the bathroom fan on and bedroom window open for a few hours as the smell is very strong and overwhelming once it has been applied. Please use mouth, eye and nose protection!

Absolutely rubbish, waste of time and money!!!. Followed all instructions a week after using proper grout pen, looked great could hardly notice it on, first clean I used only water and my cloth turned black On the grout area !!!! It put a coating on yes, but the second the water went on it washed straight off. Exactly the same happened on the white grout areas also!! Not happy!!
