GatorCases Transit Series Acoustic Guitar Gig Bag Charcoal Black Exterior (GT-JUMBO-BLK)

Good protection for a bag
Bearing in mind that its a bag and not a flight case - the padding is substantial where it needs to be, the neck is kept central in the bag by a pad, its light enough to reasonably carry around- esp with the back pack style straps, and its easily stowed away at home when not in use.

Came undone at the handle with minimal usage
Product seemed great for the price, even though i was not expecting the same quality i had in a case, i did, however, expect it to last more than 4 months with minimal usage, i would say i probably used it about 6-7 times, last week, before a gig, just by the handle, the material came undone, and with the exception of my ~5kg Warwick bass i only carry a backup nylon strap in the front pocket. Not impressed with the quality, i had Gator cases and they were never this badly put together. Also, because 4 months have passed i can't return it, but in fear of it breaking apart and my bass falling out of it, i can't use it either.I do not recommend this for an extra 10 quid you can get a mono sleeve, same level of support, better quality.

Smart quality case for my large body acoustic,
Nice smart lightweight case but with about as much protection as you could expect from a gig bag. It’s pretty rigid when zipped up. I’m using a full jumbo guitar and it fits snugly. There are also extra pieces of foam velcroed in that you can take out or move around. An OM or smaller guitar might be a bit lost inside. Anyway do check the dimensions on the description. It’s nearly as much money as a quality hard case but for my needs, this is great - it isn’t bulky and it’s comfortable to use crossing London on tube and on foot. No gig bag will protect your guitar from crushing etc but this is better than most. One of those ‘quality is remembered after the price is forgotten’ things.

Gator case. Bass
This is good if your not travelling far or need real protection. I am happy with this for the money for sure. But I wish I spent more on the Mono bag. It’s twice the money but twice the protection

Badly made - wont last
I used this case for about 3 months before the strap just fell off. I never carried anything too heavy in the pouch, nor used a heavy guitar (i play a gibson 356). The case looks good on the outside and is stylish, but does not last for even an average amount of use, and certainly not for professionals. The inner padding for the bridge has worn through too and wont last much longer than a month. Their customer service was extremely poor too!Avoid if possible. A shame because it's compact and well designed but they have seriously skimped on the strap design.
