I’ve been waking up with chronic headaches and shoulder tension for YEARS. I kept thinking I needed continuous chiropractic care. I’d get adjusted, feel normal and the very next day wake up in pain. I finally realized I needed to go on what ended up being a six month journey to find a pillow that worked for me. I went through just about every name brand pillow on the market. And nothing helped, most made me worse. Until this pillow.But here’s what I learned:I don’t think you should solely go by the height measurements to choose a pillow. I’m 5’8” with broad shoulders which put me in the standard size. I bought the standard and with my Purple mattress, my head was pushed too far up while laying on my side. Alignment was all off. BUT the quality of the foam was very intriguing. Supportive, not too firm, not too soft. And most of all, my neck didn’t sag at night. I kept sleeping on it for a few more nights. It was SO close. But not quite right.I tried the THIN. And THAT is the perfect height. With my plush mattress, the thin is the winner. So consider your mattress firmness before selecting. Firmer mattress, consider a standard height pillow. Plush mattress, consider the thin.This pillow has CHANGED MY LIFE. I no longer wake up with headaches, my shoulder and neck tension has dissipated. And it truly is the only pillow that has come anywhere close to supporting my neck at night. If you want to lay on your back, just get your shoulders up onto the pillow and you won’t strain your neck forward. Works like a charm.If you’ve been suffering to find the Goldilocks of pillows…this just may be it. Worth giving it a try. Good luck to you!!

I have been searching for a good pillow for many years. I have spent so much money, but none of them were good enough. Then I saw a TikTok by a back surgeon that said she liked this pillow because she's a side sleeper. She talked about how it helps support your head and neck while aligning your head to your spine. The reviews were good, but I winced when I saw the price, so I saved it in my cart and waited for Prime Day. Thank God I did! The price dropped and I immediately bought it!I let it air out for a few days because of reviews I read, but to be honest, I never noticed a smell. I used it for a week and noticed a difference right away! I no longer wake up with neck pain, and I sleep so well! I love it so much that I brought it with me while traveling because I'm worried to wake up in pain without it.It's almost been a month now and I don't regret my purchase. I'm placing another one in my cart and will watch for a price drop. I definitely need a second one for traveling.

This was great if you sleep on your side and don’t move at all throughout the night. I tend to go back and forth from my side to my back. When I was on my back the square shape bothered my neck.

At first it was OK - pillow seems OK for about a month. Then it gradually gets more and more uncomfortable and is actually causing both me and my husband a significant amount of shoulder and neck pain. Yes, we measured to get the exact size but just not a great long term solution for the price. Starting the search for another pillow now!
