Got this watch at a great price for my son's birthday. Took it to the jewlers to get the strap reduced which only took a few minutes. He absolutely loves the watch and looks premium, feels heavy and good quality.

A solid, chunky, good-looking watch. Looks expensive. Suits a big wrist.Delivered on time with the packaging in perfect condition.

I ordered 1 from John Lewis and 1 from watch station both showed Hugo boss in the pictures and both only said Hugo on the watches when they came.

I have had the watch for 13 days. The watch is already lossing time. I'm not looking for a refund. I'm looking for a replacement. Can someone please get in touch. Thank youDavid
