They are normal screwdrivers of varyious sizes and yes they are magnetic. The smallest might be too big for inside PC but I've not worked on the inside of one for over 20 years.

I have never noticed them before but there are size markings on the handles , they are In mm size markings can't remember all the sizes though , I bought these for putting little grub screws In the brackets on my wall lights , magnetic screwdrivers where perfect for keeping the screw where I wanted It so I could start It off without dropping the screw , wound't be without them now (PERFECT LITTLE SCREWDRIVERS ) hope this helps you with a decision what to do about buying these like I say I wound't be without mine
