Ignore the critics, who never bothered reading up on these screws before buying. These screws have a new design which is far better than the old flat head and Philips head screws. The screws have a hexagonal slot in the head. No, your old screwdrivers won't fit them but this doesn't matter as there is the proper screw bit inside the pack. Fit the screw bit in your cordless driver or drill, put a screw on the bit and surprise, surprise it doesn't fall off. This means you don't have to hold the screw to get it started,like with the old screws. So now you have a hand free to hold whatever you're working on. Once you've pushed a screw onto the screw bit, it doesn't fall off, fantastic. If you're making something that requires a lot of screws this makes it so much faster. Also because the screw locks into the bit, you can really drive home the screw and not worry about rounding off like the old screws used to do now and again. I'll never go back to the old screws again and I'm not getting paid for this review!

These screws are amazing! We did a fairly tricky DIY fencing project with these are they are excellent! They come with their own screw head driver and they cut through wood really easily - highly recommend!
