Concerns about safety
Bought this to replace an older one of same make which I’ve put into holiday bag for self catering as easy to use with my Rheumatoid arthritis. Whilst I’m very pleased with the knife itself as it is as good as older version I’ve already cut my finger badly once and very close to doing it again today as the sheath does not fit as well as previous one. It is always slipping off when you pick knife out of container to use and as you go to automatically pull sheath off realise it has already fallen off hence cut hand. Was intending to order a cooks knife in the future but now concerned as that could be even more dangerous if sheath is not tight fitting.

Just because they look nice doesn't mean they're good
I bought some knives made by these guys many years ago and they were very high quality. They kept their edges extremely well and were very tough. Sadly it seems these knives are nothing like they were in the past. They go blunt quickly and require very regular sharpening. In addition, I noticed the tips of two of the knives are actually bent over and I was able to straighten them out with a few taps with a spoon. To me, this tells me the knifes are terrible quality. They're clearly not properly hardened.Don't waste your money on these, they look nice but they're low quality.

A good, sharp little knife
I wanted to replace my dull kitchen knives. This paring knife is perfect for slicing tomatoes as well as all other small fruit and veg. The colour is pretty and the safety sheath is ideal for keeping it protected, clean and sharp in my kitchen drawer. I’m very happy to have this new knife to replace a couple of old knives that weren’t doing their job.

Fine for left handed users
May well be a well made product, but the listing illustration shows a right hand knife, item delivered was left handed, i.e. serrations on right side of blade when viewed from the handle.Think the listing should also mention it is made in China, as stated on the item's packaging.

doesn't stay sharp
The sheath is useful although keeping the inside of the sheath clean isn't something you'd want to be questioned in court about. I've had this one for about 18 months and used it for a couple of short spells away. It's now middling sharp and considering the use it's been put to, I'd say it's poor on value for money and durability. I don't like the handle, it's too small (medium sized man hands) and has hard edges that are uncomfortable after a few minutes use.
