Q: when is time to replace filters, do I have to replace o-rings too??

The O-rings are typically replaced about every 3 years, but it is always good to have them on hand as backups just in case. They will fit the ROES-50 and most of the systems that uses industry standard size.

Q: Will these filter out Cryptosporidia?

Cryptosporidia are 3 t0 4 microns in diameter. Reverse osmosis filtration membranes have pore sizes around 0.0001 microns. Work it out for yourself.
