Item arrived on time so that was good. In the basic description it does not tell you they stick onto furniture. You must dig down into the page to find out more. The picture does not show the sticky paper to peel off. So I am only giving this a 3.

Works well enough
We have four different sets of these. I've used them with varying success/failure. My first problem is I live in a house with my wife, my elderly mom, our 11 year son and our 13 year old daughter. Any heavy lifting/moving of furniture falls on me. I've found a way to make these easier to use and will explain. We had three pieces of furniture that needed to be moved. A big leather recliner, an antique high-back armchair made of oak that belonged to my wife's grandmother and a 9 shelf oak dresser. These weigh between 100 (recliner) - 220 pounds (dresser). Our floors are a DIY custom job that took us months to obtain the wood for, it's resurfaced and refinished from my grandparent's old house, my wife's grandparents old house and a family friend's old house. Probably the wrong place to talk about that, but if you're considering taking on a similar project ... do it. We love our floors very much and it was cheaper in the end than buying new real wood planks. At least it lets you know I'm very serious about protecting these floors. The method I use with these Waxman sliders/movers is to position the furniture onto the sliders then press down on the furniture for a minute or so. These sliders mold to whatever you're moving, but only over time. Those with experience of using these under their furniture all the time already know this. We were able to move all three pieces of furniture in about 30 minutes, including moving other furniture out of the way and didn't have one slip of the furniture. The first time I used sliders, anything with legs that were bigger than the sliders would cause the sliders to slide out from under the legs. I didn't realize how well they mold to the legs over time until several months later. So why not 5 star? The adhesive has very little purpose. If you use the sticky side while moving furniture, you're going to risk damaging the furniture when you remove the sliders and if you're just leaving them under the furniture they will stick anyway from the molding of the weight pressing down in them. This set is the best set I've used for moving bigger chairs. Both of the chairs we moved had legs that were bigger than the circumference of the sliders, but they held up well and the mold didn't allow them to slide off the sliders.I think these could be made better (without nailing them in, without adhesive), maybe instead of a fully rounded slider, have some excess foam that can be removed to make the furniture legs fit down into the foam? That's sort of the same concept I'm using when I press the furniture down to create a mold in the slider. Either way, these are good enough.

Great Product for Heavy Furniture
These things are great. I have a desk in our guest room that I use primarily as an office. When guests come, I have to pull a sleeper couch out. To give them room, I usually push my desk, which floats in the middle of the room, against the wall. My desk is heavy. This allows me to easily push the desk against the wall. Easy to install. Only downside is that they are noticeable...unlike the smaller felt sticky pads you can put on the legs of furniture. That being said, those sticky pads easily fall off, collect dust and pet hair, and do not stay attached well to push your furniture around with any frequency. These stay in place, have a thick felt surface that allows even heavy furniture to slide easily, and they are easier to install. Great product.
