I've spent about $1200 on high quality powerful red light devices. After seeing a Gembared review on RLT LED belts I decided... What's another $100?I bought one of these.The very first time I used it was on my left knee for 20 minutes. It has an automatic timer shutoff. I just sat in bed with my leg straight, watching TV and letting the light do its thing. I take it off and go about my day. It was about an hour later I noticed for the first time in months that I had ZERO pain in my knee. It was like a miracle. I was elated at just the idea I was walking around, sitting up and down without any of the pain and groans that mistakenly mark me as an old man.The bad news is the relief only lasted about 24 hours, the pain returned but at about 80% of what it was prior to RLT. I've been using the wrap on both knees for 20 minutes and also my torso 3 20 minute sessions (upper, mid and lower) as the wrap isn't that big. It's easy though to just have in against your skin under a t-shirt and move it down and turn back on again while reading or watching TV.The advantage of one of these over standing in front of a unit, is no glasses needed, longer times at lower levels possible, practically no loss due to reflected light. If I was making a first purchase or recommendation this would be it. I can't imagine not having one of these in my life for the rest of my life. This thing really works.BTW - I thought for weeks I'd buy the DGYAO but after considering the EMR power issue this one seemed like a better way to go. It's just about the right size for me and I'm a big guy like an NFL player.

If you want a wrap for your PE tube. . .this is it. Bummer its just the typical dual wavelength standard. No biggy though, I've got the full body panel with 6 targeted wavelengths for general health. For PE, this piece is good to go. Seems durable, as I've used it 3-5x/wk for weeks now.

Replacement for another off brand which was cheaper but lasted only 6 months. This one is a bit larger but is much softer and more flexible. Wish it had the same controller as previous product I had where you can control temp and time and view progress. This one runs hot, have to use pulse feature to lower heat produced. Did email product support, so far no reply.Red light therapy has helped relieve my lower back and left knee pain. Unfortunately most of these pads do not last very long.

I have 4 elder giant dogs that have arthritis and degenerative hip disease. Another 5 yr old giant dog has tremors in his hind legs as he sits down.This size red light therapy pad is easy to use. For the elders, I drape it over both their hips widthwise while they are lying down. I secure it with the strap which is long and easy to do. I first used it on just red light, both frequencies at once. Then a week later I started using the pulsing feature, both frequencies at once.For the dog with tremors, the canine chiropractor told be to drape it over the spine lengthwise starting at the base of the tail. I secure it around his belly with the long strap. The chiropractor also told me to use it on his neck and upper spine, by draping it over the spine lengthwise. I secure it under his throat with the strap. I use the pulsing feature for both.He lies down and is really calm as he receives the light.The chiropractor says it may take a month or more to see any difference in the tremoring. Since nothing else from the vet has helped so far, it is worth the try.The pad, strap and adapter are easy to use.I wrapped it around my hand that has arthritis and secured it with the long strap. It was comfortable, and easy. I read a book while using it. I could feel a gentle heat. To early to tell if it is helping.

Unfortunately, this belt produces so much heat that it will almost burn your skin and that’s only after 5 to 7 minutes of use. Normal red light belts may develop heat but nothing like this one.There are many better choices

I'd bought a red light lamp to help with post-surgery scar healing. Though I liked the experience, it was not easy or comfortable to use for an extended duration. So I decided to invest in a wrap/pad and purchased my first UTK red light pad 6 months ago. I started using it a few times a week for about 5-15 minutes over different areas. To my pleasant surprise, I saw huge improvements in my chronic knee pain and finger arthritis after a month or so. Inflammation greatly subsided, and walking down the stairs became not achy again for me. Therefore, I bought another pad so I could use both simultaneously over different parts to reduce therapy time. I would also try to use more like daily when possible. But one of the pads began to fail a few months ago. I would feel less heat and later discovered not all lights would turn on for one pad while the other one was fine. Finally, more and more rows of lights failed and the 850nm mode stopped working also. As I'd read about the product warranty before making the purchase, I contacted the Seller, Seheat, via Amazon and attached a photo of the defective pad. Their customer service replied to my message within hours saying they would send a replacement. They kept me promptly informed about shipping and tracking details. In less than a week, I received the replacement pad. I'm very happy with their response and how this product works for me. Hope this one lasts longer.
