I like it, it work great. I can adjust the heat to prevent hair damage. I can curl or have my hair silky and straight.

I've had this straightener for a little over a year now, and it's still working great. I'd gone through three Chi flat irons before this, and this one is my fave. Still gets super hot and it works great on my thick, curly hair when I need to change things up.

Heats up quickly and perfect for straightening or curling.

Super bummed about this, considering all of the raving reviews on it and the price. It's bulky, doesn't hold heat very well. It makes my hair very frizzy and barely straightens it. When I try to curl it, it can't get too close to the root because of its shape. Will definitely be returning.

This straightener is worth every penny! My hair is very curly, frizzy and very unmanageable. I've always used Chi brands and I thought those were good, until I tried this one, all I have to say is WOW! I only have to pass it once through my hair. I straighten my hair in half the time and it doesn't look puffy after wards. It looks super straight and shiny. I can't wait to order the curling wand next!

I paid a lot of money for this flat iron. I love the color and that is it. My hairdresser knew immediately that I had changed something in my hair care routine. My hair was fried. I did not even set the flat iron on the highest heat. I have fine straight hair and this flat iron did nothing (but damage) for my hair. I will definitely go back to Chi irons or the new Paul Mitchell one. So sad. NUME does not refund your money. Beware.
