Haven't noticed any metabolic changes yet, but the green apple flavor is good! I tried to put it in water, though and it was still just as strong. Easiest to take like a shot and doesn't leave a bad aftertaste!

No mixing just pour and go. Green apple is amazing it’s kind of sour but not grittiness or after taste. Great pumps with minimal crash

i dont care if it does what it says. the obsessive food noise. the unmanageable urges to snack are gone. i’m thirstier (like when i’m doing keto) and down just under 2lbs in 4 days. i’m perfectly happy with this product if all it actually does is off set my binge eating disorder.

This was unfortunately too bitter to continue as a carnitine supplement, so I do recommend this flavor be avoided.
