Attaching is similar to other hair pieces. There are two combs to secure. It's a little difficult to put hairpins through but the drawstring works pretty well. The puffs are not nearly as puffed out as the picture appears. Maybe half the height as shown. Still looks nice though.

Received my order and was very satisfied. The puffs are soft, tangle free and matched my grand daughter's hair precisely. I would definitely order this again and would recommend these puffs.
