Many electricity measuring functions in a single device, at an affordable price (4000 counts model)
I am a DIY-er for a number of home-around projects and tasks. Often I nedd to mess up with dc or ac electrical issues. The tool has several useful features that I have been missing so far, like the contactless dc current measure, capacitor, ncv, live-line, auto-settings all in one multimeter. I got the 4000 counts model and it's impressive for what you can do with it. I recommend the tool for people like me, because of the features and affordable price. I hope it would last long enough for me, to use it in my home projects an hobbies.

Simple and easy (and kinda fun!) to use
I have been in an all-out war with my BMW to work through some very mysterious performance failures for the past half year. Sparing anyone the lengthy and unsolved tale to date, I'll just say that I have no explanation for why I (or mostly anyone I know) did not have a multimeter prior to last week, when this slim little magic-worked waltzed into my life and solves 70% of the variables I was having to do frustrating and unconfirmable guesswork for months trying to figure out. How silly of me to have gone to such extents as bootlegging BMW's internal, German-language software, decrypting the password, buying (the wrong) cable to be able to communicate said software to the car, returning the wrong cable and buying the right one, buying an OBD2 scanner to try to get into my car's (clearly insane) psyche, then starting over on my older laptop (because why do new laptops not have DISC DRIVES?!?!), bypassing a security lock that had my car bricked for four entire months by then.... all of this while rotating between installing/uninstalling three different batteries of various brands, never being really sure if it were the batteries (and/or alternators, with their built-in voltage regulators these days) keeping any obvious electrical glitches from being located and individually tested. This multimeter CAN obviously perform more sophisticated and complex determinations, as the dial is loaded with units of power measurement that's WAY over my head. For me, I simply googled to find out which unit I needed to measure for an automotive read, and Google knew enough to provide me with some YouTuber who had just such a video already made to answer my simple question, rather than seeing a pic of the setting needing set on the dial (it's the v with little dots over top!) and since I already know the range of results and how to handle the positive and negative ground.Simply power on by turning dial to read v with dots over it and touch the prongs individually to the pos and neg/ground ... instant readout.I love this tool and regret taking so long to fork over the very little money needed to just buy one! What a relief to finally KNOW now each battery's status at any given point in my lengthy adventure with the nightmare car. 🚗

Compact and functional.
Works well enough for a homeowner to do minor electrical repairs. I purchased this simple to test capacitance on my ac compressors capacitor. My old meter did not have this as a function. Plus being 30 years old I needed something more up to date. Seem to be well built but don’t fool yourself. This is not a fluke meter or a Klein but for the price it functions as a good basic multimeter that will handle most homeowners needs. And will be accurate enough for most uses.

Many functions for a bargain price.
It's marked "most popular " for a good reason. There's certainly better ones, but not for the bargain price this one is. It has most functions people need, but not sure it's rugged enough for commercial use...but perfect otherwise.

Good meter for a good price.
I bought this to have in the house for small projects...testing batteries, checking receptacles, etc. Suprisingly, it seems to have all of the features of my Fieldpiece meter, at a fraction of the price. Plus the non-contact voltage tester is built in and seems to work well.

Worth the purchase
Nicely made and easy to use; the values were easy to read and consistent. Good value for the price. Instructions were easy to follow as well.

Perfect Clamp Meter for Capacitor Testing and General HVAC Use!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Did exactly what it was supposed to. I used it to check my capacitor values (HERM and FAN), and it gave accurate, reliable readings. Clamp feature made checking amperage easy, and the auto-ranging function was super helpful for someone not doing this every day. Durable, too.
