My wife loves it, that's what matters the most right? I'm sure if my newborn daughter could comment on it, she would love it as well.

Exactly what I expected. The pattern is cute. It fits our car seat perfectly.

I don't want to be one of those overprotective dads that produces a child that is a useless menace to society that has their feeling hurts at every wrong turn in life. Which is why I was hesitant to use this thing that my wife bought for the baby car seat. But it is absolutely amazing because when he needs to sleep and he's only halfway through a nap and you have to get out of the car he can be covered up from the changes of light from going into the sun into the dark room or vice versa and he can keep on napping. That alone makes the purchase worth it. It's also good during winter to keep them from the cold breeze, and it's also good for driving in the car or going to the park when you go around corners and turns and the sun splashes your baby in the eye, their eyelids are essentially transparent when they're babies so subtle changes in light can wake a baby up very quickly, and this car seat cover blanket thing literally eliminates light for being a source to wake up the kid. So to me this product is priceless, if you are an experienced parent, you are probably laughing because you understand exactly what I'm saying. To the soon to be parents, just trust me, I would not write all of this just for the hell of it, I literally want to say other parents from unnecessary preventable suffering on your end by dealing with a crying kid who should have kept napping, and similar situations like that

Looks cool, feels cool. Does the job, until the mounting straps rip off leaving it half functional.Maybe ours was defective, idk..either way it was perfect until it wasn’t. If the manufacturer can fix this, they have a top notch product.Update: seller reached out because I reviewed this product badly. Offered help making things right..then I never heard from them again…doesn’t matter at this point as the cold season is winding down.IMO, having a product that is top notch is important obviously, but how a company treats it’s consumers is the deciding factor for me. And I don’t feel this company takes customer service very seriously.

I bought this for our car seat for the colder months as I thought it would cover my baby more and be warmer than the tight jersey/cotton one we had been using. I will say it is very nice and soft and easy to put on, and very pretty in the purple floral design. However, it does not hold up to wind very well. It blows around, exposing our baby to the air. It is easy to open the Velcro or drape over the back of the car seat, but can slip down onto baby or within baby’s reach, especially if your baby is very active. Overall I don’t think I would buy it again, but mostly because it isn’t what I was expecting. The product isn’t bad, just not exactly what I thought it was going to be.
