Purchased as a gift for my elderly friend. She said this cake was delicious.

Very very dry!
I was gifting this to a friend to take back to New Zealand, unfortunately she couldn’t fit it in her luggage. So we decided to have now, thank goodness we did! It was so dry, no great taste. I felt I insulted her. The size didn’t matter it was the dryness and just sweet. Not worth it.

The size is disappointing smaller than a slab cake.Star shape is different but not enough to repeat order in future.Bought as gift will have to replace .
