(This is the wife of the account holder) I actually was taking this religiously and stopped (5-6 months ago) suddenly. No reason other than me being lazy, getting out of a routine, and never got back into it and not ordering more. I have also noticed my skin not being as lustrous, my Nails... They are horrible. The are so brittle I started questioning what is going on. My hair is also breaking super easy, and I was just baffled. I stopped to think what I have done differently, and it hit me. I stopped taking my biotin supplements.Honestly, I have trouble remembering to take supplements usually. But these are actually so tasty, this is how I got to taking them. I would actually look forward to taking them in the morning, just like when I was a child with Flintstone vitamins. Unfortunately, I need to order more, and stop being lazy lol. But I am convinced they work, and I am actually a person that is apprehensive on supplements.As for taste, they are actually really good and taste kind of like a berry flavored fruit snack. Recommended! I hate sounding like a simp for a company, but I really do like this product, and it works.

My hair does feel a bit thicker BUT I don’t see more growing. My nails are beautiful though. I will buy more to see results. It’s only been a month. I love the gummies good taste. Texture is hard but I don’t mind it. I will buy more bc my nails are healthier and look great. So hair does take longer. I will give it the benefit of the doubt because my nails are so long

Just got them. None are melted despite them coming from Louisiana to north Alabama. They taste fine. There’s a misspelling on the directions, just making the company aware, this isn’t a complaint. Hopefully they’ll work out, I’ll update at the end of the month if things go awry

So far so good! Almost finished with my first container and noticed a difference in my hair almost immediately. It looks stronger and even growing longer. Even got complimented on my hair for how healthy it looks. I recently just noticed how it's making my skin look healthier and hydrated when I'm almost done with the bottle. I'm gonna order another because I'm definitely seeing results!
