Avg.
Leaves a lot of gaps in the learning process. If I had no other experience with 3D modeling I might be lost.

Poorly written.
Very poorly written. Many steps are skipped. Simple things like selected the feature to be acted upon are not included. If you like trial and error to figure out a program, this is the book for you. If you want to learn how to use Solidworks, then look elsewhere.

Well, you get what you pay for. This ...
Well, you get what you pay for. This book was translated from some other language to english, and there were a lot of typos. Also, the author assumed the reader knew how to do many functions that I wouldn't consider "beginner". They also did not explain very well the whys of the steps being taken.I'd skip this book and pick up something a little more in-depth. I let a co-worker try it out and he was lost after the first 5 pages.

I Don't Recommend It
The diagrams are small, the verbiage is often cumbersome, like it was written by a non-Native English speaker. It doesn't follow a logical sequence to help get you up to speed on Solid Works...

Forget about it.
A terrible book. Looks like a self-published book written by someone who does not know how to teach. Don't fall for this one.
