This is my moms favorite kind. It holds in place really well and doesn’t have the goopy overspill the paste adhesive has.

They WORK!
Tried the pastes but found them messy and some stuck to roof of mouth. BUT no issues with the strips and upper dentures are secure. I slightly bend two dry strips and put Them on my wet denture and into my mouth it goes. When I remove the denture at night, 95% of the strips are still on the denture and easy to remove with brush. If any is still on the roof of my mouth I swish with water to get rid of it.
