I’m not kidding and I’m shocked but this helped my knee pain. I live on the 3rd floor and have bad knees and I took this faithfully (in a smoothie) for weeks and I noticed a difference. The cons it does not dissolve well in cold liquid, you have to keep stirring so I put it in my smoothie.

I wanted to get this product to help with nail and hair growth. After a few weeks of consistently using it, I noticed my hair started growing more around the edges (like my baby hairs) and my nails were growing faster and stronger than usual. Sadly I had to stop using the powder because of the way it can clump in smoothies or soup. It had a really bad flavor and texture when you just got a clump of it. I endured it for a time, but I only lasted a few weeks.

This is complete trash.. it does not blend, it clumps up or sticks to the wall of ur shaker or blender.. I emailed the company who makes it and never got a response, I’m sending it back to Amazon.

I hope it’s works well .. It does not blend well with cold liquid. I have to mix with warm water first then blend with cold liquidNo taste which it great.

Easy to use once a day. Dissolves, mostly, in a cup of hot coffee first thing in the morning. No taste. I have been using it for almost 2 months. My hair has gotten very thick my nails are growing and possibly some positive changes to my skin.
