Had a couple of bad mats above tail on her back, so this came in today, and I used it immediately, and it took some time, but it worked, my little 7 lb Chloe does not like me fighting tangles, but she fell asleep while I did this! Thank heavens, thanks for a good product, I also got the shampoo, which we will use later this week!

I had to return this item because product does not have a shield to prevent it from leaking. Spilled inside and was delivered with a soaked box, and ruined my other products.
