easy installation
The most difficult part of the install is determining how much weight to install. There are no real guide lines however your personal feel will dictate an approximation of wether a small amount of weigh needs to be added to the but end of the shaft or a larger amount. In addition to this weight you can also add some lead tape to fine tune your feel . I snug the counterweight up with making tape. I do not epoxy the weight in. If it doesn't work out then take the grip off remove some lead tape or change the purchased weight up or down and put the grip back on and try again.I recently did 2 clubs, a 4 iron and a 5 iron. Bothe of these clubs were in my bag as part of a High end Callaway set of irons. I could not hit either. I did some wt balance testss but relied on my sense of feel in the weight of the club end . When I felt that it was in better balance I put the grip back on.Today I used my 5 irons 7 times. Each time I struck the ball well and dropped the ball on the green 5 times. Total confidence and a now usable Iron to fill the distance gap. Next to try my 4 iron.It takes a little guess work but it beats a $2,000.00 fitting that likely the same process.H

Just what I needed, thank you!!
These are great. Only wish there were more weight options on Amazon. Ended up going to the Hireko.com website! Thank you very much!!!

Accurate
I ordered three of each of these weights 20g,16g, and 12g. They are very accurate and dead nuts consistent.Actual weight measured with precision scale:20g = 20.1g16g = 16.1g12g = 12.5gFor installation, they are much nicer than the golf works style lead butt weights. The lip is flat and sits flush to the shaft with enough lip for epoxy to catch. Overall, these are excellent.

Poor quality control
I ordered multiple of each weight... 8,12, and 16 gram weights. Only the 16 gram came in at .470, the 8 and 12 gram were all between between. 485 and .490, does not fit in shaft.

It's just one...
It's a weight that plugs your club for counterbalance benefits. Nothing complex about the product and not easy for them to screw up... which they didn't.You get one weight... not all the weights shown.
