Stainless steel body but spring isn't
I bought these to use in my dishwasher to clip small items on for washing. Thought they would last a long time because they were stainless steel. They are strong and doing what i need but are already rusting because the springs aren't stainless steel...fyi

Held clothes on the clothesline during 25 mile and hour winds
We had sustained intense winds in GA last month that lasted almost 24 hours. I ordered these clothesline clips because I thought they would be gentler on my t-shirts and more delicate clothes during wind. I had some workout shirts and other items on a clothesline during the day when the crazy winds hit. The clothes were flapping around like crazy. The clothespins held and didn't damage the clothes at all. (I realize leaving the clothes out the whole day in that kind of wind sounds pretty lazy but fortunately this is a review of these great clothes line clips and not of me;)

I wish they were slightly bigger and that they would close around the clothes line.
They hold well and if you make sure to only apply the rubberized part to the clothes there is no problem with cutting. Due to their small size and the incomplete coverage of the steel, they seem best for smaller items.
