I've been buying this product for a couple of years and will keep doing so as it works! I did try a cheaper product with what looked like the same ingredients, but it didn't keep my eyes dry, so I returned to buying this brand! These are easy to swallow small gel caps and you only take one daily. Once in a blue moon, I will still experience waking up with dry eye syndrome (usually if not enough sleep), but even then the discomfort level is diminished and it won't last long (before I started taking this product, my dry eye discomfort lasted well into the afternoon, making it an all day torture!). I highly recommend this product and you will notice a difference fairly quickly.

What an improvement for my dry eyes. I had to use eye drops many times throughout the day and night. After two weeks of taking this product, my usage of eye drops went down to two times a day and only during the night. Highly recommend!
