I'm a homeschool mom and I've been unhappy with every other classroom scale I've seen or purchased. They all seem so flimsy and inaccurate and has been frustrating instead of helpful in school - I thought I was going to have to spend big money in order to get one that would work for us and I tried this one as a last resort - - - - IT IS PERFECT! We got it in the mail and my kids played with it for **3 hours** before I even got a chance to put it away. Every time I get it out, my kids get excited - the little weights are amazing and it seems like it will last a long time.If you want a great and affordable classroom scale, look no further. THIS IS IT!

I was looking for a weigh scale with weights to teach my children how to measure weight. I was also looking for an objective way to measure how much candy they could have, instead of guessing after every Easter, birthday, halloween, etc. There are plenty of electronic and spring balances but they don't really convey the concept of balancing.This balance has precise clearly marked weights that help them match up with food they are weighing (candy!), as well as allowing them to compare the weights of two things (such as two of their toys, or two very different types of candy).The holders are big enough for typical quantities that they use. And the mechanism is just complex enough for them to get interested in how to manipulate the measurement.The quality of the plastic seems somewhat fragile. We taught our children that it is equipment, not a toy, so they cannot carry it around and play with it. If it is handled over-enthusiastically, I suspect it will not hold up for a long time.

Produit conforme a la description mais que j'imaginais plus costaud vu le prix.Petits poids fournis, ce qui permet de pouvoir l'utiliser immédiatement.En revanche, emballage très léger, absolument pas soigné....
