Very cushioning for the heel support and all over the foot.

Comfy but they push my foot to high up in my trainers feels like my trainer will slip off my foot

I needed an insole to help with my motorbike boots which had too much of a gap above my foot so was hindering me change gear. Read the other positive reviews and bought a pair. Cut to size and they're brilliant. Really comfortable, yet sturdy - way better than foam inserts. Would recommend.

I bought these to help with my very painful plantar fasciitis - before adding to my shoes I could hardly walk,but after using for the last 5 days they have offered great support with enough flexibility so not to be harsh on my feet and I have had immediate effects with less pain even without them! The only thing is they take up a bit of space in shoes so can only be placed in wider fitting shoes/boots or trainers! However highly recommend and will buy a second pair so I can keep them in both my work boots and training shoes!

Comfortable but not as supportive in arch as I would of liked.

I suffer from plantur fascitis and these have been superb to put in my wellies. My wellies take a pounding as I have horses and dogs, so walk around ALOT. Never had a problem. The only reason I have replaced this pair after 2 years of wear, is because my wellies died and let in water. Would highly recommend these as they are so comfy and keep your feet warm in wellies in winter.

Bought these insoles to keep my feet plantar fasciitis free. Unfortunately the left insole didn’t fit my left foot and has aggregated it. I can hardly walk now.

It's very good. I thought it was a bit thin but comfort is good. Instep could probably do with being a bit higher but it's a personal issue as I have overpronation.My heels feel supported and no heel pains so far and I wear them all the time.Extremely pleased overall.

Compré estás plantillas pensando en el calzado del trabajo, pero no he podido resistirme a probarlas antes, ya que cuando las recibí me llamó la atención su buena fabricación, así que las he estado probando durante todo el fin de semana, que les he dado bastante uso y he notado mis pies mucho más descansados, con un buen soporte en el puente y no he tenido dolor de talones.

Dopo aver provato alcuni modelli costosi in farmacia, ho voluto dare una chance a queste solette trovate casualmente su Amazon. Ottima la qualità, si può scegliere la misura più indicata e ritagliare i bordi in modo tale da farle aderire perfettamente alle proprie calzature. Le consiglio soprattutto a chi, come il sottoscritto, si ritrova spesso a camminare in lungo e in largo e vorrebbe scongiurare il rischio di pieghe e postura errata ad un prezzo molto competitivo.

Necesito todavía probarlo en zapatos de calle con buena sujección. Ahora con las zapatillas de casa de medio talón, no puedo todavía emitir un juicio. Pero me da la impresión que me van a gustar porque veo que inciden la carga en el arco plantar (tengo los pies algo cavos) y la descargaran de mis talones con espolón.Hoy, 18.10.2019, después de haber andado con ellos toda la mañana, los he percibido como los mejores, de entre todos los probados, para mis pies: tengo espolones y pies cavos.Creo que su arco para apoyar el arco podal sumado a los laterales del talón, me descargan el peso donde no pisaba bien. Y la parte de la plantilla con material mas blando para la parte central del talón, es algo más extensa que en los otros que había probado: y pienso que ofrecen ese mullido a mi espolón que, quizás, este mas adelante y los otros no acojan de forma tan completa. No se', pero para mis pies, muy, muy buenos. Y por la de'cima parte de lo que me hubiese cobrado un podólogo por hacerme algo parecido
