From skeptical to convinced
As the title suggests I was skeptical about these products but due to reoccuring dandruff as well as keratosis pilatris I decided to give it a try. And in just 5 days I notice a significant differnce with all around improved skin. My hair is cut to medium-long length past my shoulders and my hair is very fine, straight and blonde. I have as much of not more body than with traditional products. The soap itself is a thin brown liquid and two pumps is enough to get a nice lather. It is mild but sweet in taste and if you get it in your eye it's not horrible but I wouldn't call is tear free either. The smell is slightly acrid but also earthy and clean. I would consider it a mildly masculine smell but it does not have any negative lingering smell - hubby says I just smell clean and he likes it. But next time I will lean to a citrus or lavender scent. I have used it head to toe with one additional pump on a scrubbie, including shaving. The only "negative" is that the moment you rinse it out of your hair, the hair feels stripped like it had never seen conditioner, ever. Don't panic. I simply wrap my hair in a towel and go about my routine. When I unwrap it, I have no issue running a wide tooth comb through it and the dryer it gets the softer and smoother it becomes. I will likely try the conditioner - not so much for my daily use but maybe weekly.I am really happy with this product and as we are slowly transitioning to a more eco friendly lifestyle, I look forward to the other products.

My Favorite Liquid Hand Soap
Dr. Bronner's Sugar Tea Tree Liquid Soap is my favorite soap.I have tried countless tea tree oil infused liquid soaps, becausetea tree oil is a wonderful natural antibacterial ingredient thatis not a carcinogen. Most mass-market liquid soaps suchas Liquid Dial, etc. do contain "triclosan" which is a cancer-causingingredient, and it is also so caustic that it will slowly eat theinsides out of any nice soap pump that is not disposable. This sugar and tea tree oil soap uses sugar to give thesoap a consistency that is slightly thicker than the water-likeconsistency of nearly all other tea tree oil soaps on the market. It also makes the smell far more pleasant than tea tree oil soapalone, which can be a bit astringent without the sugar tomellow it. The result here, is a soap that, while still thin, isthick enough to use without it running through your fingers likewater, and also has a nice sweet scent rather than the medicinalastringent scent often associated with tea tree oil soaps.(If it's still not pleasant enough for you after you have given ita couple weeks to get used to it, just try mixing in a littleof Dr. Bronner's Sugar and Peppermint Soap... you will still havethe benefit of the tea tree oil, but with a minty-sweet scent.)One of the best attributes of this soap is how little is neededto wash your hands. Just a tiny pea-sized dot, when rubbed together, creates a low-suds lather feel that really covers your hands well.Other liquid soaps I have tried often require two pumps intomy hands to get the same effect. Truly, I find that 64 ounces ofDr. Bronner's Sugar-Based Pump Soaps last longer than 128 ouncesof other liquid soaps, because these soaps are so concentrated andefficient, in the tiny amount of product that is needed to wash your hands.

Best soap ever used!
In the beginning there is this plant smell that is weird to get used to but after a while it just smells natural. This product is not laced with Paraben or Lauryl sulfate unlike most product I come across which is very good. It cleans better then the typical chemical laced partners actually since the tea tree oil actually kills bacteria and germs. It feels good to use it to know that you are not getting toxin into your body or giving yourself cancer in anyways. I wonder why doesn't most of the skin product follow the chemical and carcinogen free standard like this product? It just makes me wonder if they are giving us products to kill us in the long run but either way this product you must try to know.
