Dental grade strips
I was a Dental assistant for many years and knew how to use these abrasive strips. This product is the same grade as they were. There are 4 different grits ranging from a heavier grit to a very smooth grit. I had a stain on a filling close to the gum line and I was able to reduce the size of it with the strips. They are a little tricky to use if the contacts on your teeth are very close together.

Filled down a broken filling that was so sharp it cut my tongue
I broke off the entire back side of my tooth, and it exposed my filling, there was no pain, BUT the filling was so sharp it kept cutting my tongue, and I can’t get into a dentist for weeks. So I bought this worked PERFECTLY.

Wish I had known about these a long time ago!
Like how I can slide it in between my teeth and scrub tartar off. An improvement to this would be to have roughness or both sides rather than just one side so you don’t have to flip it over and run it through again to get the other tooth.

Pretty good
They are difficult to get between the teeth. But the clear part helps with that.
