Great pillow
Really good pillow, definitely helped my back pain I had before getting it. The space is quite big between the two if you don't have a big bump/are small, but it's easy enough to make it work for your size. The extra pillow is great for putting beging your back so you can roll backwards and be supported but not actually be flat in your back. The pillow is also useful after birth! I have been using the wedges to support my arms whilst feeding baby. The extra pillow I've used to support my arms, but also it's really good for baby resting on it on their tummy to burp them.

Great but not adjustable enough for 2nd trimester if you were a small person to begin with
I had to sew it up so the adjustable strap was 10cm shorter at the smallest point. this was to be able to use it in the 3rd and 4th month of pregnancy when I can fit in size 8/10 maternity or size 12 stretch (non maternity). Otherwise it is too far apart to prevent you rolling over to your back. The support is decent, I left it to raise for 24 h in the sun as suggested and took the cover off for this resetting period before I used it. I like the extra mini pillow, really helps. The velcro is not super strong, but most nights it does not come apart.

Best purchase before and after baby!
I originally ordered this pillow to take abroad with me as I couldn’t take my massive U shaped pregnancy pillow and I kept this one vacuum sealed until I got abroad so it fitted in my luggage. It was absolutely fab when I was away and my original intention was to leave it and not being it back but I found it to be so good I made sure I had space for it in my luggage. HOWEVER the reason I am compelled to write a review is because I ended up having a c section and I was in so much discomfort after and this pillow has been a life saver - you can take it apart so it is in 3 sections and with one wedge between my legs and another under my ribs it means I can have a comfy nights sleep after my surgery. It has also been SUPER useful when feeding baby as I use the wedges to the side of me to help breastfeed. It has been so useful! Best pillow ever and i use it more than the nursing pillow I bought for feeding. 10/10

Not bad, but could be better
Is it supportive? Yes. Does it help with pregnancy back pain? Yes definitely. Have I had to make changes with the help of my sewing machine? Also yes.I bought this around week 14 of my pregnancy when the lower back pain started. It definitely helped but the strap between the two pillows was too long. I had to use my sewing machine to shorten it by about 3 inches. I'm now 23 weeks and I still need that shorter strap even though I'm sporting an impressive bump.I've also found the velcro that holds the pillows together is rather weak and weedy. I've now had to replace that as well because it keeps detaching while I sleep.Upside, affordable and definitely helped with the back pain without taking up the whole bed. Little pillow between the knees heels with hip pain.

The filling is lumpy
To be honest this product is not great. The idea is, but the materials in this are not good.It has a soft outer cover but the filling inside is lumpy and clumpy. I have spent ages trying to ‘break up’ the fibres for a more even distribution throughout the two larger pillows. The smaller one only has the cover. There is no inner cover.I also find if the pillow moves position the Velcro can scratch your skin.As I said a great idea for pregnancy comfort just a shame the materials used are so cheap considering the price/It’s too much hassle for me to send back. But I wish I’d saved my money.

Great pregnancy pillow
I preferred this pillow over the long tube like one. It took up a lot less space in the bed but still provided support for the bump.

Cheap and Lacking in Support
Cons:Lack of Firmness: One of the most significant drawbacks of this pillow is its lack of firmness. The filling feels insufficient, and over time, it tends to flatten out. This results in inadequate support for the body, particularly the back and hips.Quality of Material: The pillow's cover, made of polyester, lacks the softness and breathability I expected. It tends to get uncomfortably warm during the night, leading to disrupted sleep.Shape Retention Issues: The U-shape of the pillow is meant to provide support throughout the night, but it struggles with shape retention. The pillow often loses its form, requiring constant adjustments to maintain the desired support.Limited Adjustability: Unlike other pregnancy pillows with adjustable filling, this product offers little to no customization. The inability to modify the firmness or loft makes it challenging to tailor the pillow to individual comfort preferences.Unpleasant Odor: Upon unpacking the pillow, there was a noticeable chemical odor. While this dissipated over time, the initial off-putting smell was concerning.Poor Washing Experience: The pillow's cover does not handle washing well. After a single wash, it showed signs of wear, and the filling clumped together, further diminishing its overall effectiveness. In conclusion, my experience with the YANZHI U-Shaped Pregnancy Pillow has been marked by disappointment. The lack of firmness, shape retention issues, and subpar material quality make it a less-than-ideal choice for expecting mothers seeking comfort and support. While it comes at a relatively affordable price point, the compromises in quality and functionality outweigh any cost benefits. I would advise potential buyers to explore alternative options with better user reviews and a more reliable track record.

Good pillows but one drawback
So the pillows are good support but it’s got one drawback-the two wedge cushions have removable covers and the small lumbar support one doesn’t. Well, essentially it does come with a zip but the polyester filling has been directly stuffed into it rather than an inner casing like the wedge pillows. Quite disappointing because we just went through the flu and we all know sheets can get sweaty etc which means these pillows got drenched in sweat too and while we could wash the wedge pillow cases we couldn’t wash the small pillow!
