Finger Oximeter
Works really well. When it arrives you just need to insert the batteries (they're in the box) and the lanyard. Then it's ready to go. It's the exact same style that my GP and hospital use.It seems to be very accurate in its readings. It does your oxygen levels and heart rate. There is also a third reading, but I'm not sure what that one is. There is a booklet in the box, but you need a magnifier to read it😳The on screen display is red, and very clear to read. All in all its a very good buy.

Brilliant. Handy little piece of kit. Easy enough to understand. Has come in very useful. Great price.

Simple Easy To Use Device with Useless Instructions
Works well once figured out. But difficult to set up and use initially due to the absurdly small User Instruction provided. I have pretty good eyesight with small print but this tiny piece of paper is absolutely impossible to read without the aid of a magnifying glass. A link to the User Manual online would solve this problem but I’ve not been able to find one. I eventually managed to work out basic operation but for not some settings which would be useful. But for this I’d have given the product 5 stars ... as it is its only a generous 4 stars at best.

Easy to use
I was advised to get an oximeter by my doctor. This one had good reviews and so far it has been consistent in its readings - with enough slight variation to make me think it is working - and it is really easy to use.

Essential, valuable piece of kit
This unit shows how much oxygen is in your blood, that is one of the issues with COVID 19, people don't realise they are low on oxygen. This unit clearly and accurately gives the figure for oxygenation of your blood. It is FANTASTIC piece of kit. Also shows your heart rate and the strength with which each heart beat beats. Heart rate shows for bradycardia and tachycardia. So all round, for anyone with palpitations who is worried it may be more than "just" palpitations, this unit will give an accurate result. Absolutely essential little unit, extremely well made and manufactured, looks worth twice as much as the price paid. Everyone who can afford one should buy one.

Useful, quick and great value.
For an inexpensive item, this performs very well. In these days of Covid waves, where the disease can attack the lungs very quickly, I wanted to keep an eye on my lung efficiency as an early warning. This device is easy to use and provides all the information needed. Recommended.

Works well but ....
Seems a good aid, easyb to use and as far as I can tell it is accurate.Would be better if the instructions were printed in a larger typeface, it is not easy to read unless you have perfect sight. It would also be useful if there was a copy of the parameters for pulse rates, O² levels, and PI% included.

Inaccurate
Difficult to get your finger in the right spot to get a reading, would not recommend
