I went for a 'branded led lamp as I have poor experience from a few unknown varieties. These are good quality and have a focused beam, essential if you want bright illumination on bathroom fittings or work tops at lower levels. Not really cool white though, as they are mid spectrum at 4000k, good light tho.

After getting depressed with the reduced brightness of my previous set of four GU10 LED lamps in my dining room, I searched for the "brightest" on the market. I chose this set of 700 lumens lamps over some, supposedly brighter, but not so reliable LEDs [judging by the review comments]. I am not disappointed!We all have to understand and accept that all semiconductor light-emitting devices suffer from decay in output. It is known to be 10% reduction per each decade of the duration of the operation. This means, that whatever they lose in output in the first hour of operation, they lose another 10% in the next 10 hours, then further 10% in the next 100 hours, and so on. [this is why many products are subject to 100 hours "burn-in" regime, to get any vulnerable devices out of the way; so, for the "good" ones, that means that when reaching 81% of the initial output they are still above the minimum required spec]This decay is why my old set started to depress me; it was several years since I installed them. Of course, they did not fail, they just decayed into a sad affair. So much for environmental friendliness of LEDs, I say! I now have a set of sad used LEDs in my cupboard. What shall I do with them? It was not comfortable living with them, but it is a "crime" to dispose of them.I am not hoping that this set will not decay, I am just pondering what shall I do when I reach the point when the brightness output of this set falls below what I can live with.

These lamps are bright and just what we were looking for. However, somewhat disappointed, as two of the lamps had their lens cover detached when unpacked.

Installed these upon arrival and there is no comparison between these and those they replaced they are excellent, the figures for these are as near as i could get to those they replaced as i said the difference is astonishing to be honest they may be two bright but better that than not bright enough. Well packaged and arrived way before i expected so once again excellent service.

Just installed. They seem OK although one of the 4 wasn’t working properly- fortunately I only needed 3.

Lasted a few months before one of the four went dim and one stopped working. The other 2 will go soon

I replaced a bright white LED with this product, the light is a lot less harsh and easier on the eye.Only just installed it so will see what life span is like in due course, the light given off reminds me of old bulbs with elements in them.
