Works Better Than You Could Imagine!
I have a folding screen sound shield behind me and this is in front of me. As a professional voice over who wanted a temporary VO studio, this really did the trick! I'm impressed. I'm able to filter out any background noises, between this and a good room check. Absolutely fabulous. And when I don't need it, I can stash it in a closet. Easy Peasy!

It’s too short.
As described. However, I have a blue yeti microphone and it’s too tall for the sound dampening board. Their attachment is only one height about 3 inches which puts my yeti mic at the very top of the screen. I’m recording in a sound dampening booth, so it might be OK. But if you have a taller mic, I would recommend buying something else.

built really well and durable!
Was great for the money spent i loved it the pop filter and the size of everything was perfect kept noise recording levels down and was easy to use and was super durable! Built great would recommend!

Great addition to the studio
I got this for my studio in replace of building an actual booth. It has done the job great and it looks good! Not too bulky and comes with a little table that you can rest your headphones on when not in use. Definitely recommend to those that just need to throw some vocal tracks down without breaking your bank!

Aesthetically pleasing and very sturdy
I received the microphone stand and it was very easy to set up. The setup took less than 5 minutes. The material quality is very good and the mic stand is very sturdy. It's a great addition to my studio and it will be getting a lot of use in the future.

Unbalanced design; weak metal
The isolation shield works well, but the stand itself is designed poorly. Even before you add a microphone, it's very front-heavy (all of the weight is on one side), so it's liable to tipping. Also, the metal it's made of is not very strong, so because all of the weight is on one side, it was starting to buckle near the bottom joint where two of the stand pieces screw together (see photos).
