Cheap, only one tablet nessasary per day, and tablets are small/easy to swallow.
At the time I bought it, it was the cheapest vitamin D (per international unit) on Amazon that I could find; and I was very thorough in my search. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. Also, it is not necessary to take many capsules at once, as is the case with low dosages, such as 200IU or 500IU capsules. If you take anymore than five thousand IU per day, your body will just pass the excess as waste, not absorb it, so there is no reason to take more than one of these tablets a day, which is great. The inactive solution which the vitamin D is dissolved in is olive oil, which is healthy and more useful to the body than many other inert inactive ingredients.

Good for the price
Now I only have to take 1 or 2 a day. The higher dose me as ns I could take less to get my result I was once given a script for 10000iu a day And they are smaller size than my other vitamin d pills
