Q: Is there a way to replace individual tips without having to buy the whole set again?

Contact Klein. These are 3.5mm bits. Most common bits used for sets like these are 4mm. I wish I had investigated this before I bought mine. I would have purchased a European made set like Wera or Wiha . But so far this set has served me well with no issues. I just can’t expand it with other bit purchases.

I used this set to take apart a hard drive. I used one of the bits that have the star shape head. The bits in the case are identified by an engraving of the bit head with a number below it. There are no letters preceding the numbers.

1/4 inch, maybe a smidgen less. Sorry, don’t have a micrometer to measure accurately.
