S&b Tasty Curry Sauce Mix Hot 200g 10 Serving

My Amazon order for these cubes were strangely not delivered (refund on its way apparently), but I bought some from a supermarket to make up for it. I am not bad at knocking Indian curries up from scratch, following an Indian cookery course and umpteen years of practice. However, the prospect of Japanese curry was intriguing to me, so I thought that I would cheat first time and use these cubes. I did a simple vegetable Japanese curry and it was delicious, but very different to Indian curries. I don’t know how it is different, perhaps the inclusion of flour and different spices, so rather sweeter, fruity with less spicy zing. I normally eat Indian curries ridiculously hot, so I added a little extra strong Chilli powder to my Japanese curry and for my taste it is delicious now.

Delicious, easy to use goes well with anything.The box says it’s hot, it’s not too spicy at all.Makes my dinner guests think I’m a chef !
