A Little Bit Of What You Fancy Does You Even More Good When It's Sugar-Free
Not gonna lie, I really wasn't expecting these cakes to taste all that great. Years of having tried low-carb alternatives have left me wary, as well as weary, from all the promised joys that turned out to be...well...not so joyous.BUT THESE LITTLE CAKE BITES ARE GLORIOUS! #ThisCakeIsNotALie #NotSadCakeFirst off, these cakes are individually wrapped, so that's a great way to help with portion control. Secondly, when you open them you get a chocolate/almond scent which gets the mouth watering.Thirdly, when you bite into them they are incredibly moist and with a density to them that makes just one cake bite more than enough, especially if you're closely tracking your macros. And finally...they taste like a lovely chocolate cake!I follow a low-carb diet but also keep to a certain number of kcal each day, because CICO is just as important as Keto macros. One of these little cake bites, along with a cup of coffee really hit the spot if you've got a craving for chocolate cake, can't work the regular store-bought ones into your daily macros, or if you're just a little more conscious of the kinds of food you're consuming and wanting to limit sugar-intake.I've seen some people remark that these cake bites are a little pricey. I only bought the pack of 6 chocolate bites for £16.99, just to see if they were any good and...I'm definitely going to be buying the larger variety pack next time so that I can try out all the flavours. Because sometimes you just need a little cake to cheer you up and not kick you out of ketosis. If the other flavours are as good as these chocolate ones, I'm sure they'll be amazing. But to get back to the pricing, there will always be a much greater cost to keto-friendly options; the market is smaller to begin with and then there's the added cost of having to source good quality ingredients. It's easy to find cheap, sugar-filled, cakes that cost a fraction of what these 'No Guilt Bakes' are being sold for, but that's because regular stuff can be scaled up pricewise, whilst using cheap sugars and grains. I'm more than happy to pay a little bit more for these keto-friendly treats, because I know they're not going to interfere with my diet, and when you consume fewer of them, less often than you would a normal box of cakes, the pricing is just right.I'm so glad I took the plunge on these. The 'use by' / 'best before' date printed on a little sticker on my packs says 28/04/2023, which is 3 weeks from yesterday when they arrived. This isn't a problem for me by any means. 6 cakes over 3 weeks is 2 cakes a week. I'm pretty sure I'll be able to achieve that, lol! In all seriousness however, this just reflects the fact that these cake bites are made in small batches, using ingredients that haven't had shelf-stabilising agents to them. And I'm all for keeping things fresh and simple. It's just something you might want to be aware of before buying, so that you can factor in the time you'll have to eat them, versus the size of an order you want to place. One other thing I discovered when I checked out their website too BTW is that they make keto-friendly birthday cakes in a few varieties, which I am most definitely going to be ordering in the not-too-distant future. If these little cake bakes are anything to go by, then their full-sized celebration cakes are going to be amazing. So be sure to check out their website too if that interests you.All in all, exactly the product I was hoping they would be and a 100% guaranteed reorder from me once this lot run out. If you're on keto and you miss the odd little bit of cake, definitely give these a go.

Salt caramel cake
The taste was quite good, but not worth the £2.50 per cake , very meger portion , pack contains 10 cakes comming to £25 , not moneys worth in my opinion, drop the price by half and that's still expensive .

Best low carb sweet snacks
I have e tried most of the brands selling lower carb cakes cookies and find these are my absolute favourite. They are moist, cakey and the fact there is a wide variety of flavours is so nice as lots tend to only have a few. I have one little cake ever evening for pudding buy cutting it in half and layering it with 0% fat greek yoghurt mixed with a little protien powder and berries (100g yoghurt to 10g protien) and leaving it in the fridge to make healthier trifle.Truly cannot recommend enough. The customer service was also excellent when I thought I had an issue (a mistake on my part) and they cleared it up so fast!

Low sugar is their only real upside
Are low sugar, so good if you're a diabetic. Are NOT low fat or low calorie, gram for gram probably higher than real cake.Consists of a small dense puck about 60mm x 20mm of grainy cake like sustance.Don't taste too bad, better than most similar products.Expensive over £2.50 eachNeed to be refridgerated - only mentioned in small print on back and still have a use by date less than 30 days from purchase.Might buy again, might not!

Amazing cakes!
These cakes hit the spot when you’re on keto and want a little something sweet. No, it’s not value for money (they’re small and not cheap) but they taste as close to ‘normal’ cakes, which is difficult on keto! Just accept that when you’re doing keto, it’s gonna cost you! Or, make your own!

Tastes good lower carbs
Very good tasting a little expensive. I'd rather be able to order what I want rather than only the whole mix.
