Much easier to use than all the other oness I've tried. It also seems effective though you don't flush out a lot of stuff. I do think I am having a lot less problems with post nasal drip since I started using it. Has two nozzles so it can be shared with another person. I would recommend.

Works wonders! I have nasal polyps and am prone to sinus infections. I use this as a preventative once every couple weeks. It gets all the gunk out. When I use it, right after - I’m intially a bit stuffed up but within 24 hours feels so open!

So I came back to update review, in case this helps someone else. I found the troubleshooting page, and did what it said, covering the bottom of the pump with the bottom tank to protect the battery and motor, I rinsed the top salt pod container, and the plug with extremely hot water for minimum of 30 seconds to dissolve salt crystals. Then put in the distilled water and new salt pod, and viola! Back in business! Even though we have cleaned thoroughly after each use, the high concentration of salt is prone to have crystal build-ups and clogs. SO HAPPY it is working again!!I would give 5 stars for the way this machine works, and the results, but 1 star because it stopped working suddenly altogether.My daughter really likes the Navage system, she says it does a good job flushing her sinuses and helping her breathe better. That being said, when she tried to turn it on to use this last time, it would not turn on. We replaced the batteries, and still nothing. We have taken great care of this, cleaning as instructed after each use, and letting it dry on the caddy we purchased separately. She’s super bummed that it just stopped working after only a few uses. I’m upset also, as these things aren’t cheap, and I was happy to finally have something to help her be more comfortable.

This product works well and is more pleasant to use than a netti pot. However, when you snap the bottom and top parts to the machine they are plastic. The click edges could easily crack with daily on and off use and should be clamp done. Also, it costs $120.00 a year for one time a day pod use. No pod the machine won't come on. I know it's for ease ,but I resent added cost. It's easy to get salt, water etc. Also, machine is not made in the USA. I worry the motor will be short term. The machines are pricy to me.

Works amazing. Little bit of a learning curve, but you get used to it and holy wow did it help with my stuffy sinuses

Received package really quick! Have only used a few times since receiving and it seems to be a great product for clearing out sinuses. Not messy like the netty pot. Only concern is the cost of the salt packets - that’s the expensive part. Will need to see long term results and go from there. So far happy with purchase.

Not a drop of water ended up in the bottom tub because I had to spit it all up when it went down my throat- none made it around to the opposite nostril. Throat is sore from gagging and extra post nasal drip and nose is still congested. I feel awful and my shirt is soaked in water and snot.I really really wanted this to work as I’ve had to deal with awful head congestion my entire life. I followed all directions and suggestions in the instruction booklet a nothing. Rotated to nose piece and adjusted it a dozen ways in my nose. I tried holding my breath even and it built a bunch of pressure and then just leaked down my throat… like the water just couldn’t go out my other nostril even though it’s not 100% blocked. I know this product works for some people- but I’m just so upset it didn’t work for me and left me with an awful sore throat.The instructions end with a note “just keep trying- it’s worth it.” I just don’t want to torture myself anymore though. I wish there were more certain methods to make it work. It just left me in pain and sad.I wouldn’t recommend as you’re just gambling your money away not knowing whether it will work for you.

I bought one for Mrs Santana for her allergy problems and easy to use and the cartridge refills are very nice but if you don't reload it properly the machine will not work right
