My mom turned me onto the years when I had my wisdom teeth polled, and I’ve been a fan ever cents. This is just a super easy simple chicken broth. I have a water dispenser and I use the hot fill it up to about an 8 ounce cup, and you can eat it immediately for a low calorie high protein chicken broth. Great taste super simple very easy.

Tastes ok.. but SUPER salty. I purchased for use as my 'clear' liquid before a surgery. It'll work and I did buy several different brands. This one was definitely the top of the flavor pile. Just wish it had about 1/2 the salt. In packets, just had hot water in a mug. I probably will go with 10 oz instead of the 8 oz recommended. I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. All my reviews reflect my honest, personal experience with the reviewed item - your experience may be different. It was just ok not my favorite but it is good for you and gives you a lot of vitamins.

If you are looking to just keep yourself hydrated and put something in your body - then this Soup is good for you. I add a tiny bit of protien - and it fills me up.I eat this soup twice a day lunch and dinner. I have lost 40 pounds.

A nasty tasting rip-off! I ordered this because I am on a 45 day full liquid high protein diet after surgery. While, I generally do not like the overwhelming sweet taste of protein shakes; but, I’ll deal with the sweetness as opposed to the nasty taste and powdered texture of this product.

Bought for liquid diet after surgery. Helped me make daily protein goals and by varying seasoning was able to eat for 1 meal a day for a week without getting bored. A real plus is it doesn’t need boiling water so that seems a built in bit of extra security.

This is the best soup in the Doctors Best product line up. It’s so easy to make and tastes fantastic. Adds a good amount of extra protein to your diet. Good for traveling. Added a salad or veggies for a complete meal.
