Helpful
I got this to help with back aches and it’s been helpful with stretching out my back to reduce aches. I use it occasionally and I have found no problems with it. I wouldn’t recommend lying on it for long periods as it may get uncomfortable. Otherwise, i recommend it.

Great product, poor delivery
Can’t fault the product, but yet again I’m paying for Prime delivery (buy within the next three hours and delivered tomorrow), and the product takes three days to arrive. If you need it quick, either buy from elsewhere or allow yourself a week for it to arrive

Firm adjustable back support
Although very firm to slot in place the back support is ideal to try for anyone with sciatica emanating from a disc problem. Sitting in a chair or in bed this support fits the natural concave curve of the spine and is very comfortable. In my case my sciatica is greatly diminished

Best thing ever for back pain
It brilliant for a trapped nerve in your back , 5 mins on a morning and I’m ok all day . You know if you miss a day tho.

Useless
Get what you pay for! How are you suppose to bend it? It's near impossible and I couldn't even bend even a little with all my strength!!
