Motorcycle handlebar speakers
Well after recently purchase a V-Star 1300 I opted to buy these speakers didn't realize they didn't come with an amp but I did have one on here so I hooked it up and running a cruiser on the freeway at 80 miles an hour I had no problem hearing them that was with my front windshield on using only a hundred watt amp hope this helps

this you will need If ...
If you buy a kit you will need these...Here's why, the kits all come with 2 ohm 50 speakers 2x50= 100 watts even the 100 watt amp blows them up. at highway speed you cant here 100 watt amp. this is the only 2 Ohm replacement on here. 2x 150watt_300 watt amp is the max.its not a great sound but its an Ok sound for an open air situation.

So for the money they are decent speakers. Housing is water resistant to proof. Works with the shark 100w amp and has enough power handling ability to take it. Loud enough on the highway with straight pipes from my 1300 vtx and a windshield of course. No helmet.

Great speakers for your motorcycle
The speakers look and sound great on my motorcycle. Much better than the ones they replaced. Good quality for the price. And I really like the chrome mount that came with them.
