All works, 4 out of 4.
When read this, consider how much you paid for the product. Even so, the headset is much better than what you can find in Dollar Store, or Below Five; and at least the same quality when compare to what you can find in the market for $10 range,Sound quality is not bad, no heavy bass - if you are looking for that :(Noise cancellation is done by good seal of earbud, I don't think there is electronic circuit for that.Mic works for conversation, not sure about recording music, which I don't think it is designed for.Remote control does NOT have forward and backward function, only on/off (call) or pause/resume (music).Construction is for light weight, yet pretty solid, 100 times better than those free headset you get, but may not survive abuse.Overall, pretty good headset for under $3 each. Some reported headset not working when tested, I tested all 4 and all works. How long it last could be subject to how it is used.

Not good for small ear holes
The sound is great! The noise canceling is great! But they don't stay in my ears. I may have small ear holes so they just keep falling out of my ears.

REGRET PURCHASE
The price was great, but you get what you pay for. I tried them this morning on a walk. With every step I made I heard crackling. Then I tried to make a phone call, and the person on the other end just heard loud static. What a mess.

Great standard, wired earbuds for the cost
I'm actually really impressed with these given the cost. They have great sound quality for your basic, wired earbuds. They fit nicely and snugly, providing a decent noise cancellation again for a standard earbud. They are also quite comfortable for me and my husband. The microphone works quite well, and everyone has been able to hear me clearly when I use them on conference calls or just general phone use. I know some have said because the microphone is quite distant they were having some issues. But this has not proven to be the case here. The overall quality to cost is worthy of a 5-star review IMHO. They are replacing standard, wired earbuds that lasted only a few months of daily use.Side note: the buds do pop out if you tug on the cord with only modest force, but it's not something that is a major concern for us. I would suspect it would be quite difficult to use these for any heavy exercise given they sometimes fall out if I have them in for a brisk walk with my arms really moving. As far as durability, I will update once we've used them longer than a couple of weeks.

The mic is so low, that no one can hear you
I figured a 4 pack of headphones at $10 would probably not be the best type of headphones, but it'll get me by with ignoring the children, which is all I really want during this pandemic anyway. I already made this easy by being deaf in one ear anyway, so I really just need a noise-cancelling headphone for my right ear. I want to listen to my Audibles account with Trevor Noah speaking in 6 languages about a traumatic childhood where he shat in the kitchen while his blind great-grandmother thought they had demons, and his mom was shot in the head, in the funniest way possible... BUT, I've had many issues. One major issue is that, for some reason, only one headphone works unless you jam and rotate and mess with the headphones. This happened with ALL FOUR HEADPHONES. I tried it on my phone (Samsung), my husband's phone, on our Chromebook, on a PS4 controller and had this issue over and over again. Now, usually, this would not be an issue for me, right, since I'm deaf in my left ear anyway, EXCEPT that it was the right ear that wasn't working =( How am I supposed to hear??A second major issue is the placement of the microphone. I don't know what humans they used to design these headphones but they must have the highest ears ever or the longest faces. The microphone literally sat on my stomach. I would have to hold the microphone to my mouth to talk to people. What slack-jawed models are you working with that their mouth ends at their stomach? All the people I spoke to complained that I sounded so far away or all they heard was my mic just rubbing on my shirt as I keep getting killed in GTA V.A third major issue is the 66% of liars that purchased these headphones and gave it 5 stars. I believe we need to individually go through each and every one of those accounts and put a warning on every single thing they review. To have such a low standard of living, that you are willing to give these headphones 5 stars, I have to ask, "HAVE YOU EVER USED HEADPHONES BEFORE??" I usually trust the reviews, and when I saw 4 stars, I figured they might be decent. Why else would the majority give them 5 stars. But no! I've been duped. You should be ashamed of yourselves, you deceivers!! i see your comments. 5 Stars but then complaining about no bass! A great price for the kid who 'looses' everything? You give them nothing else to "LOOSE" Karen, except an education so they know they need to stop losing their things! I don't even believe JORGEN is a real human being. You were left in awe? Really? These headphones were awe-inspiring to you? THEY WERE AWFUL, JORGEN! AWE-FULL.

Good quality for the pricefsdl;po[
The headphones were a good quality for the price point. The sound is fair but I only use them to listen to podcasts/audiobooks so no idea in regards to music quality.
