Nice combination of strength exercise, cardio, & even yoga
Saw one of these 4 dice at my children's dojo. My son will roll it and do the drills for hours of I let him. Hardcore cardio and strength training. We bought this set for a Christmas present so kids haven't seen all four of these yet but I know our son is gonna love them and my daughter has been waking up on Saturday and Sunday mornings and following Namaste Yoga on my cable network so the yoga die will be a big hit as well when they receive them. Can't wait to give them to the kids. They're foam decagons and unless your dog eats them they should hold up just fine.

A different way of working out. Fun and not really any pressure to getting those reps in or one minute walk-sets that will really be painful if you roll the 15 burpees on dice before ( hey .. try it then message me) it’s fun and gets heart rate up.

The dice you love to hate...LOL I actually love them. They are really great for those free days or a unscripted workout day you just roll the dice and do what it says. I love it because it adds fun to your workout.

Good price for a fitness aid. Not really works into a plan per se, but great to use while watching football and need something to do during commercials. Or to motivate. Well made. Exactly what you see.
