Makes 3 OrganicsOrganic Miracle Body Balm, Lavender, 2 Fluid Ounce

I love everything about this body balm except the fact that it leaves an oily residue on the skin and it's quite difficult to spread over your body especially after a shower when my skin is damp.

I put this on pulse points and under my nose before bed-helps relax me!

My symptoms: I have something like eczema on my hands (small little blisters appear sometimes, my hands get maddeningly itchy regardless of how much cream I put on them). I think my symptoms are in part related to stress/ nerves and possibly frequent hand washing. One physician said I have psoriasis and another said I have dyshidrotic eczema. All I know is that they crack, are itchy, and I sometimes get little blisters.Short of getting a steroid cream prescription (something that will be very effective, but its a steroid cream) nothing I bought (including this cream) seemed to help EXCEPT for Eucerin Eczema Relief Body Creme. Over about a month of applying the eucerin eczema cream on my hand as much as possible (after every hand wash, at night, after showing, etc.) my hands are more manageable (not perfect, mind you, but not as itchy and painful).I liked this cream because it is organic and is generally as nonthreatening to the environment and my body as you can get. It leaves your hands pretty greasy, so if you're ok with that then you'll like it. It also has a scent, which I found to be pleasant. This cream might help if all that is troubling your hands is the external environment (e.g. you have to wash your hands all the time). This product has changed my life. I have eczema on my face and I've tried just about everything to moisturize and even out my skin tone. THEN I decided to purchase this balm because I read that lavender is great for evening out skin tone. Oh I am so glad that I found this. This actually moisturizes my dry skin and helps calm the redness. I went out of town for a weekend and forgot this at home and my skin began to misbehave. I know that technically this balm is too thick to use for the fave and "could" clog your pores but this doesn't do that at all. A little goes a long way with this product and I have had no breakouts while using this. In fact, I breakout when I DON'T use this. If you have dry, red skin then I suggest you try this!!

Smaller container than I was expecting. The product is thick and hard like paraffin wax.

The first time I bought this, I loved the smell and although it was a little gritty, it was very nice. So I ordered a second tin when the first one was finished, and unfortunately that batch was horribly gritty, as if it had a lot of chunks of sea salt or something in it. I didn't buy another tin right after that one was finished, but eventually I decided to give another try, hoping to get something closer to the first one--and it was PERFECT! Kind of like goldilox, it took the third one to get it JUST RIGHT! (and no bears...) I DO hope that all batches from now on are this excellent!

Good balm. But is this normal? Please see the picture.

I really prefer organic moisturizer now! It doesn't have any bad ingredients, just natural like it should be! It's a little oil like but that's because it's natural and doesn't have any preservatives!
