Love this set so far! I purchased two train sets (this being one of them and a different brand) and this is by far the better of the two sets. The wooden track pieces are sturdy and don't chip or break as easily as the other one. The plastic container came intact and not broken I'm any way. The other set I purchased came with the same sort of usable track top but the plastic bottom of the container was shattered into a million sharp pieces. I also like how easy this set was to put together. I only wish it came with more step by step directions on how to put the tracks together like the box but I made it work by grabbing a couple of pieces from his other set. Lastly, I like that the trains are one solid piece and they don't have moving parts or parts that can come off and on. My 2.5 year old son gets frustrated when his other trains (from the other set) come apart and don't stay on the way he wants them to. He actually ended up kicking and breaking his other set because he got so upset. Of course that ended in time out and the set taken away but that's besides the point. Overall this is a very nice set and I would happily recommend this to anyone.

My 6 year old son loves (LOVES!) waterfalls so I got this to add to his train set. He's got mostly BRIO and this set fits into it easily and, even though I can tell the difference in the trains and tracks (the quality isn't as good as BRIO), they fit together fine and he is LOVING having a mountain with a waterfall (which, incidentally, is really sturdy--you could probably throw it across the room and it would be fine--it's made of soft-ish plastic, but fits together perfectly with the train tracks). It's a small set at a good price point for what you're getting (and if you're expanding a train set, it adds features and tracks that give it a little more character than straight ahead BRIO, which can seem a little antiseptic. on its own.

My son received this train as a 5th birthday present and he loves it! We Already had a brio train crossing piece and it attached to this set just fine. I can’t really speak on the durability as we have only had this set for a week, but it seems very well made. My only suggestion would be that the wooden figures had a face or clothing painted on to make it more realistic while playing.

We tried to follow the track on the front of the box but the tracks wouldn’t work. Other than that this is a great little set and my boys enjoy it. You just have to create your own track.

Great train set. One of my sons favorite toys. Great value for the price and easy enough for him to put together and take apart as he pleases. The storage bin is one of my favorite features for easy cleanup and storage

My kids like this so much we had to buy a second one! The signs do break pretty easily, but that’s an easy fix with wood glue. We spend many afternoons playing with two of this set, or at least parts of 2 sets. Lol

Although my son loves his train set, it isn't put together well. The train pieces are sturdy and great, but the tracks don't align well. Could definitely be better, but my 3 year old doesn't notice.

Bellissima pista in legno.Dopo aver cercato tanto ho deciso di acquistare questa pista in legno per mio figlio.Mi era sembrata quella più bella e con il prezzo più basso.Non sapevo però che sarebbe arrivata nel suo contenitore di plastica e che il pezzo con le montagne e con la cascata sarebbe stato il coperchio! Direi che già questo è impagabile!La pista è molto bella e ben fatta, con tanti accessori, omini e trenino.Qualità/prezzo imbattibile!Assolutamente consigliata anche come regalo.

Mi hijo ama los trenes.Cuando vió la caja lleva de vías y la tapa con forma de montaña, quedó maravillado.Y súper bien que sean compatibles con otras marcas.Los Vagones, buenos pero si me gustaría que fueran más estilizados.
