The media could not be loaded. Challenging, good for increasing concetration, focus, I buyed smaller but it's was good for kid not for teens as per difficult level

Extremely difficult puzzle
The puzzle is a super challenging version of the globe puzzles. Keeps one on to it for hrs. Only flaw is the built of puzzle globe is loose and joints are shaky. Feels that globe will just open up after few days.

Feedback on quality assurance of product
Kindly kompare your initial version or lot with kurrent productions or products of 125.Step 20 and 44 are being tough to deal because of slider of mould has worn outHeavy parting lines are not removed properlyHence we are feeling definitely to kross said steps.Means role of quality assurance department is missing somehow.At the same time your organization is not willing to take kustomer feed backsDesign of product is excellent.Keep improving

The media could not be loaded. There is a manufacturing fault,The ball doesn't go beyond 35 track no. So the moment you receive it first check whether it goes beyond track no 35 or not so that you can get it exchanged within the return window. Unfortunetly i came to know about it much later and couldn't return it.

There’s a manufacturing defect in the product the ball doesn’t go beyond number 35 as the yellow part is too low for the ball to move to 36

Doesn't Work in Space
This toy needs gravity to work. In space its useless. So think twice before bringing this toy in Space, it will not work, believe me I tried in ISS. Hope this review is helpful.
