The unit assembled is reasonably sturdy, enough for our purposes (squash arbor). Metal is thicker gauge than I expected. One quibble is that some of nuts in the crossbeams were welded in crooked but everything went together OK. Finish was good all around and seems fairly resistant to scratches.

So, while I read the reviews, I made the purchase with all this in mind. For what I needed it for( Halloween lights) , it was perfect. That being said, it is cheaply made( what do you expect for under $30?), and it would have been much easier to assemble, with some sort of instruction. Not one piece of paper came in the box. No drawing, no piece count, no typeset, nothing but bars, bolts and 4 nuts. I figured it out and it serves its purpose. Don't expect a wrought iron extravaganza. Lol

If you are a gardener & grow beans, cucumbers, tomatoes, this is a handy thing to have in the garden so the veggies can grow up the trellis. It's not too sturdy but for the price, it does a good job of support for vines.

As the note says, it is good for light weight vines.

Its very weak . I had to used 4 rebar so it don't move. But other then that it was beautiful once I decorated it for Christmas. My theme was all angels . I did for all the people who lost there life's. In the middle of the yard was a big round ball as the world. All the neighbors loved it.

I bought this last September, 2017. Finally put it together. Had a couple of problems...one of the nutsnfor the horizontal pieces had no thread...screw wouldn't go in. Other problem was nut came loose and had to remove it and then place horizontal piece over it and tighten with pliers. Otherwise...its okay.

Big! I like it.

Exactly what I wanted for my clematis vine. Easy to assemble and easy to install.
