Literally 5 minutes tops to swap out the new one and for the price it's just amazing you honestly can't go wrong.

I have to admit, when I saw this on Amazon, I was unsure about buying it. Why? Because for that price, getting a slow close toilet that is also quick-release had me worried about quality (no one wants a wobbly toilet when they are doing the doo).But, it's the kid's bathroom... So I thought let's just go for it. I was pleasantly surprised about how sturdy it is.The quick-release feature is easy to use, just press the button and pull the seat out from the bolts, placing it back it. Just align the bolts over the holes and slide it down until it clicks into place, makes cleaning very easy.It was also very easy to install and the bolt holes are adjustable to suit different needs. It did have instructions, but it is so straightforward that I didn't actually read them, so I can't tell you how legible they are. However, I do remember seeing clear diagrams on how to do it if you require some guidanceThere is a slight bit of give when moving the seat laterally, so it loses a star for that. It's not the bolts, they hold fast, I believe it's the quick release mechanism. That said, I think this is really good value for money and recommend the product as a standard replacement toilet seat.

Actually works. After 5 months I do need to tighten the fixings but that's easy to do. Even though it's come slightly loose it does not throw you to the ground like my previous one, it just doesn't sit quite square.
