Fantastic bin and a UK brand. I use it by my sink for compostable waste.A good size and just right for a steady use from a family of 4 adults.. and it is so much more efficient than the plastic equivalent I used for years. which got smelly and soggy and the lid never quite shut.I love that this product has a carbon filter filter inside the lid which neutralises the odours ..and a really secure and easy fitting and lid which seals in the odours .The bin is in good quality stainless steel and not tinny at all. It is very easy to wipe clean and shiny .It has been so heartening to find this product ..It looks great AND really really works..

This is such a fantastic bin for composting. It was recommended to us by a friend who was really pleased with it and it hasn't disappointed at all. We've been using it non stop for a month now and it is has not smelt at all. I ordered some compostable bags which I do use with the bin (more for ease but you don't necessarily need them!) It is a fantastic bin and so easy to clean - I just wipe it down once I've emptied the contents in to our compost bin outside. It really is fantastic and good value for money. Makes composting very easy! Looks fab in the kitchen and fits easily on our window sill. A great buy.

Our old foodwaste/compost bin wasn't sealing anymore and we were having a few fruitfly issues so the search for a new one began. Basically went for this one because it looked good and price wise was in the middle. And it does the job very well. Photographs are an accurate representation and our remaining heap of 5l compost bags fit it comfortably which is handy. Sturdily made, cleans easily, seals well and no smells either. Didn't think I'd ever spend 20quid on a little bin but I don't mind this time as I can't see any reason why we'd need to get another, so all good. If you want a stylish safe place to put your food waste instead of under the couch or on the neighbours trampoline in the middle of the night, get this bin.

Only had a week and so far no problems to report. Well made and looks good. A ggood size for families.. Probably bit too big if only 1-2 of you, as probably take that much longer until it needs emptying, which might make it a bit smelly. I was a bit worried this caddy might be too big to put on a kitchen worktop, but it isn’t and looks fine. We compost quite a lot in our household so being that bit bigger means not having to empty every day or two. The lid fits well and I’ve not noticed any nasty smells. I chose stainless steel to be on the safe side as I read a review saying their rose gold (?) one had flaked and I didn’t want to chance that happening if I bought a coloured caddy, (white would have been my first choice). Not cheap at £25 but I’m pleased with how the caddy looks, how much it holds and My5 not having noticed any smells coming from it

Bought the Brilliant Steel version after reading other reviews as I really wanted something odourless particularly during the Summer months. Wish I'd found it earlier! Fantastic bin, holds quite a bit and very easy to clean. We have large brown wheelie bins which are collected by our refuse service every 2 weeks so I just tip this into the brown bin when it is full. Not only does it work it looks very stylish in the kitchen too. Would thoroughly recommend.

Beautiful quality product at a reasonable price. Looks very smart on the drainer, it’s well made, comes well packed, with a few filters to start you off. Larger than my previous bamboo one of similar design and the bin bags fit it perfectly. Delighted with my purchase.

I am very pleased with the size and shape of this bin, it is also stylish. I have only been using it for a week, or two, but unlike others reviewing, I was disappointed that a few days after depositing some raw garlic in the bin, I could detect a smell in my kitchen. It wasn’t very strong - I attended to the microwave, thinking it to be leftover cooking smells from there. However, not so. I did track down the odour to the bin and upon lifting the lid, the stink of rotting garlic (very hot weather right now) was quite appalling. So, the bin filters had done a fair job of cancelling out the majority of the smell, but a little has leaked through. Therefore only 4 stars from me.

I love this kitchen compost bin. It’s so well designed with no joints to get contaminated, made from stainless steel, easy to clean and the ideal size for kitchen use, with a filter in the lid to help stop smells. It’s also a great size for kitchen use, big enough yet not too big. Highly recommended.I have had several previous compost bins, that have all been very disappointing difficult to clean, that chip and rust, with joints that harbour germs and bacterium.
